Millionaire Shortbread

Soft melt in the mouth shortbread, topped with a thick fudgy layer of our secret recipe caramel and a thin layer of chocolate! 

 I wanted to do add something gluten free to our IS CARAMEL range, this one is so good that I'm not even going to bother making a gluten version! 😍
